Our comprehensive online marketing plan is designed to get your home rented! Not only will your home be placed in the Regional MLS (Multiple Listing Service) where it gets syndicated across the country, it will also be placed on several websites dedicated to rentals along with numerous social media outlets.

How We Qualify Your Tenants

Tenant screening is the process done prior to accepting a prospective tenant’s rental offer. Our tenant screening includes checking the applicants credit  and employment as well as verifying all sources of the applicants income and previous rental history.

The process begins with the LEASE APPLICATION: Our rental application covers the general questions a landlord will want to know; current employment, pets, occupants of the property, etc. 

Credit Check: Our web-based credit check is fast, convenient and accurate. This report provides lines of credit provided by financial institutions, collection accounts, bankruptcy proceedings and other public financial records.  Our system also examines income to rent ratio and payment histories to insure that the applicant is not overextended.
Employment Verification: Tenants are required to provide recent paycheck stubs, which are verified and/or a copy of their most recent tax return.

Rental History Verification: If applicable this information is provided by the tenant and verified.
