5 step leasing process....
Step 1: Review the Available Properties section to see what we currently have available. Let us know when you want to see your chosen property and we'll set it up for you! Don't see what you're looking for? Contact us and let us know what you're looking for, what your able to pay, and when you want it and we'll see if we can find it for you!
Step 2: Fill out the HM Property Management Secure Online Application. Don't forget that in addition to your application, we will also need proof of income, color copy of your photo id(s), and your application fee(s) in order to process your application. You can scan/email the paperwork to firstname.lastname@example.org, or you can simply mail them with your application fee(s) to our P.O. Box.
Step 3: Notify current employer(s) and landlord(s) to let them know that we will be contacting them as a part of your application process, and that you would like them to provide the requested information as soon as they can. (Employers and Landlords not responding promptly is the primary cause of a delay in the application process)
Step 4: Once you have been notified that you were approved, you will be asked to provide an exact move in date. Once that is received, we will draw up your lease contract and addendums and schedule a time to have them signed. You must provide your Security Deposit prior to the lease signing. Once you lease is signed, you can contact the relevant utility companies and have them place the utilities in your name as of the 1st day of your lease.
Step 5: Schedule an appointment to receive your keys and move in inspection report. Please be aware that you are required to pay your 1st months rent (in certified funds) prior to receiving your keys. Congratulations, you did it! ENJOY YOUR NEW HOME!
